Casa Vella is a family restaurant founded by Cándido and Trinidad in 1989. After some tours around Europe with his orchestra ‘Los Magos de España’, Cándido left the world of music and, along with his wife Trini, decided to offer diners the best features of Galician cuisine by preparing their traditional recipes based on the highest quality Galician products.
Their daughter María and his son in law José Antonio would take over the restaurant after several years working there and learning from Cándido and Trini. Thus, a new line of innovative dishes arrived, although the traditional essence remains the same. The knowhow of the family and the efficiency of their consolidated and professional staff are evident every day and in all the little details which delight their clientele.
